Free Initial 1:1 Discovery Call

Taking the first step can feel significant, so this is designed to be simple, relaxed and supportive.

 

A 15-minute Discovery Call is an opportunity for us to connect, explore what’s bringing you here, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

 

You don’t need to have everything figured out before the call.

Many people simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right, or that they feel stuck in some way. This conversation is a gentle starting point to explore that together.

 

During the call we may explore:

 

  • What you’d like to shift, improve, or better understand

  • What’s currently feeling stuck, heavy, or unclear

  • How Belief Coding may support you

  • Whether we feel aligned to work together

  • What the most helpful next step might be

 

There is no pressure and no obligation. This is simply a conversation.

 

Everything shared in our conversation is treated with respect and confidentiality.

2-Hour Belief Coding Session

If following your discovery call, we both feel it’s a good fit, you may then book a full Belief Coding session.

 

Please allow around 2 hours for this session.

Sometimes it may be slightly shorter, sometimes a little longer, depending on the process.

Full sessions should only be booked after completing an initial discovery call. This helps ensure the work is appropriate, aligned, and supportive for you. A link will be shared after initial call.

 

Session Information

 

Discovery Calls and Belief Coding sessions are held via Zoom as standard.

 

If you would prefer to use Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, please let me know in advance

 

In-person sessions may occasionally be available in Preston Lancashire, please enquire if this would be of interest.

 

Prior to your main session, you will receive a consultation form which must be completed beforehand. This helps ensure our time together is focused, supportive and tailored to you.

 

Please ensure you have water available during the session, as hydration is important when doing this kind of work.

 

For the best experience, it is recommended that you join from a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly without interruption.

 

A stable internet connection is advised.

Earbuds or headphones are recommended but not essential.
