Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of nutritional supplements and for health and hygiene reasons, this returns policy is necessarily strict and is designed to protect customer safety. This policy is fully compliant with UK consumer law.
14-Day Right to Cancel (Sealed Products Only)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods when purchasing online or via other distance-selling methods.
This right to cancel applies only to supplements that are returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Once a supplement has been opened, unsealed, or partially used, it is not eligible for return or refund for health and hygiene reasons.
To exercise the right to cancel, customers must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Returned sealed items must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Pro-Rata Returns (Unopened Sachets or Units)
Where an order contains multiple sachets or units, a pro-rata refund may be offered for any individual sachets or units that are returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition.
Opened sachets, unsealed tubs, or partially used products are not eligible for any refund.
