Something to think about...

How many opportunities have you talked yourself out of?
Not because you couldn’t do it…
But because something inside you said “better not”?
That hesitation.
That overthinking.
That quiet voice saying “what if it goes wrong?”
Most people think it’s a lack of confidence.
It’s not. It’s conditioning.
Old beliefs running in the background like:
“I’m not ready”
“I’m not good enough”
“That’s for other people… not me”
And because they’ve been there so long…
they feel like truth.
But they’re not.
They’re patterns. And patterns can change.
Because imagine this…
If that fear wasn’t driving your decisions…
If you trusted yourself just a little bit more…
What would you go for?
What would you say yes to?
Where could that actually take you?
Because fear doesn’t always mean stop.
Sometimes… it means this matters.
Or as Ian Brown put it:
F.E.A.R - Forget Everything And Remember
Remember who you were before the doubt.
Before the stories.
Before you decided it wasn’t possible.
That version of you is still there.
Waiting.
It might not be confidence you need.
Just a different relationship with fear.
