Suppression, Depression, Expression.

Suppression.
Depression.
Expression.
What we suppress doesn’t disappear.
It stays in the body. In the nervous system. In the beliefs we carry.
When emotions aren’t expressed, the system turns inward.
That inward pressure often becomes depression, not weakness, but unexpressed truth.
Healing doesn’t start by fixing.
It starts by allowing.
Expression is release.
Expression is safety returning to the body.
Expression is the beginning of change.
In Belief Coding, we don’t force positivity.
We listen to what’s been silenced, and let it move.
Because what’s expressed… no longer needs to be carried.
