Too Many Tabs Open?

So I am a bit of a techy so this makes complete sense to me.

Ever find yourself with far too many tabs open on your computer?

Running out of storage and juggling what you have to play with to keep operational?

Multiple websites, apps running in the background, emails half answered, notifications constantly popping up… and before long everything starts slowing down.

What was working fine an hour ago suddenly feels sluggish, unresponsive and harder work than it should be. We get distracted and things get left unfinished.

"Have you turned it on and off again?"

Yeah yeah that old one. Sometimes a reboot can help. But if you then try to pick up where you left off, to reopen every tab and app you think you need, it doesn’t take long before things start grinding to a halt again.

The same can happen with us as humans.

Too many thoughts running at once. Too many unresolved conversations. Too many worries, responsibilities, expectations and unfinished tasks all competing for space in our minds.

Quietly sitting there in the background, draining physical and mental energy and taking up cognitive CPU power whether we realise it or not.

Often we think the answer is to push harder, work longer, stay switched on and somehow “keep up” with everything. But sometimes the real answer is to stop for a moment and assess what actually needs your attention…

what can be closed down… what needs dealing with properly… and what simply needs letting go of. Moving to and emptying the trash.

Your nervous system wasn’t designed to operate at full capacity 24/7.

You probably don’t need a complete overhaul. Just a little tinkering to get things running tickety boo again so you can focus. Some updates here and there.

Remove un-needed "startup items" that have somehow become your default life settings.

A little optimisation for your human OS.

Re coding limiting beliefs that have hijacked your daily routine. I may be able to help. (with the cognitive side of things and the tech stuff too :)
